Anyone with a heart for seeing marriages thrive can serve as a facilitator. While research shows couples who have been married at least 5–7 years bring valuable experience, and those with 7–10+ years often offer deeper perspective and credibility, any married couple is welcome.
What matters most is a willingness to learn, grow, and walk alongside couples with authenticity, encouragement, and a Christ-centered perspective.
